Welcome to AXAI Credit. Please read these terms carefully before you apply or use our services. By agreeing or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Our service
We provide loan information, rate estimates, and application handling and support from our advisers on WhatsApp, including repayment reminders. Loans are funded by our licensed lending partners. Your loan is governed by the agreement you sign with the lender.
2. Applying and contacting you
You must apply using your own, accurate details and your own mobile number. We'll contact you on WhatsApp at the number you give us, and your offer is only confirmed once your adviser has checked your details with you.
Never share one-time passwords (OTP or TAC) from your bank, or your banking passwords, with anyone, including people who say they're from us. If you think someone has applied using your details, contact us immediately.
3. Loans and repayments
Your loan amount, interest rate and period are those approved and stated in your loan agreement. Interest on unsecured loans never exceeds 18% p.a.
You agree to repay on time and in full. Late payments incur charges under your agreement and may be reported to credit bureaus.
4. Your commitments
The information you give us is true, accurate and complete.
You won't use the loan for any unlawful purpose, including gambling or money laundering.
You won't interfere with the normal operation of our services.
5. Risk warning
Borrowing has a cost. Only borrow what you can comfortably repay.
We never ask third parties to collect fees on our behalf for "guaranteed approval", "processing" or "limit increases". Never pay anyone before your loan is paid out.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We'll try to resolve any dispute with you amicably first. If we can't, it will be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
